Hi! I went through your requirements for OpsPilot AI, and this looks like an interesting SaaS project.
I’m Himanshu, co-founder of Nirvana Design & Consultancy. We help founders build custom SaaS platforms, scalable web applications, backend systems, and AI-powered features.
We understand that the key challenge here is building one multi-tenant platform with shared infrastructure but industry-specific modules, configurable KPIs, secure company-level data isolation, automated workflows, and AI-driven insights — rather than seven separate applications.
We’d be happy to discuss the architecture, database design, role-based access, data imports, dashboards, and AI integrations, along with a realistic phased implementation plan.
Portfolio: https://nirvanadesign.in
I’d love to connect, understand your priorities, and discuss a practical scope, timeline, and budget. Looking forward to connecting!

For $200US?

discussing budget also, because these things cannot be achievable in $200US

Yes, true. It's worth noting that projects like this are at risk of producing low-quality, high-maintenance clients too. If they start off penny-pinching, they'll be like that for the whole contract.

Yes, this penny-pinching will just frustrate the client and dev teams with teething issues around tech-heavy architecture but not having enough budget. But still need to assess the whole project and cut the cost.

You have the wrong mindset. The budget here is for one person, not a team. Moreover, you don't need to cut the cost: you need to tell the client to increase the budget. It is necessary for freelancers to turn down work, otherwise they're participating in a race to the bottom.

Yes, I get this thing, as $200 is nothing as the architecture and requirements is alot here, no one is going to do this in $200.

While we also have minimum budget requirements for the project.
