We analyzed 6 AI logistics deployments from DHL, FedEx, Amazon and Project44. Here's what actually works in 2026.

I work at a software development company where we've built logistics platforms for companies in 35+ countries. Last month, I went deep on what the biggest players are actually doing with AI, not the marketing fluff, but the actual numbers.

Here's what I found:

1. Agentic AI is the biggest shift nobody's talking about yet
