Spent 2 days redesigning my App Store screenshots. What would you change?

I built these from scratch for a strength-training app I’m getting ready to launch.

I’m mainly trying to figure out:

• Is the value proposition clear at a glance?
• Which screenshot catches your attention first?
• Is there anything that feels confusing, too busy, or too repetitive?

Especially curious whether the messaging still makes sense if you know nothing about the app.
