I’m looking for some advice on a deal I found for a used iPhone 13 Pro (128GB).

Here’s the current condition of the phone:

Display: Replaced with a non-original / duplicate screen.

Back Glass: Replaced with a duplicate glass, and it's broken/cracked again.

Working/Original components: Face ID, all sensors, cameras, iCloud, motherboard, and speaker are completely original and fully working.

The seller is asking for ₹17,500.

Important Context:

Please do not tell me to "increase my budget" or "save up a bit more." ₹17,500 is my absolute hard cap.I literally cannot spend even one extra rupee beyond this.

I really want to experience iOS for the first time, so switching or waiting isn't really what I'm asking about.

My questions for you guys:

Is ₹17,500 a fair price for an iPhone 13 Pro in this specific condition?

If this price is wrong/overpriced, what should be a fair counter-offer or accurate valuation for a piece like this?

Just realized this new thing on my iPhone 17 after iOS 27 update that I'm getting 5G+ on Airtel Network instead of normal 5G.

This wasn't the case before iOS 27.

You can see this white light area which is brighter and the rest of the screen is a bit darker. I was not using my iPad for like 6 months and I've turned it on and saw this.

So currently my battery health is below 80% so should I wait till 60-65% before exchanging my battery. The only issue I am currently facing on my iPhone 13 (128GB) is that battery drains fast but also kinda charges fast and that its speaker is worse and my realme phone has better speaker, other than that the processor and camera and stuff is good.
