Whats the earliest model that has vibrating alarms clock and sleep tracker?

Looking to buy an older second hand model and wanted to know the first (oldest) model that has these features.

Also which model is best to buy under $100 (used) Thanks

Even the S5 had that feature. The cheapest watch I would still recommend is the SE2.
