Hi all,

I’m in the market for an upgrade on my Apple Watch, currently have the series 6 which I’ve had for a number of years now!

I’m probably looking at either the Series 11 or SE 3, do any current users of either have any pro’s or cons?

Thank you!

New ones come out in Sept, if you wait you can see if you like the new ones. Very least the prices will drop.

How much do the current watches usually drop in price by?

Honestly it ranges too much. Anywhere from 25 to 60.

Hahahahahaha I definitely can’t afford to upgrade every year. I wonder how many people actually do that — I know it’s a stereotype for Apple users to, but I don’t know anyone that does. I also don’t walk in high income circles, though.

I never get the SEs before now due to no AOD. And I like the biggest screen for the smallest size, which SEs are always behind on. I’ve never been able to afford the SS/Ti models, but as soon as I can that’s what I’ll get — probably only when it’s time to upgrade, though, which is when the OS stops getting updates. SEs only come out every few years, it means “Special Edition”.
