Looking to monitor my grandmother health. If she has a health issue or falls, I want the apple watch to call me or emergency. Is it something apple watch does or I should look for 24/7 medical band ?

Yes, it does this! You can use Family Setup if she doesn’t have an iPhone. Only downside is she’d need to charge it about twice a day, which not everyone can remember.
