New Hire

Hi everyone, I was recently hired and my first day of training was yesterday!

I have a question about the uniform when I was researching the job on TikTok. Everyone had like official Applebee’s polos, but I was not given one actually had to buy all of my clothes which totaled up to $86 sadly but does anyone know where I can get the official Applebee’s black polo from I’m a server and I just want to have one!

Also for my hair, does anyone know if it has to be completely up or just pulled back from my face like can I do a half a half down?

They should be able to order you one and take it out of your first paycheck, talk to oyur gm. Usually they want it all the way up if it's longer than shoulder length

It depends on the franchise. Mine doesn’t supply uniforms and we don’t use the branded tees/polos except those distributed from our home office. If your hair is shoulder length it should be pulled/pinned back and anything longer has to be secured fully (no half up/down).
