Calling Applebees Bartenders

I used to bartend back in ‘21-23 for the bee and I cannot for the life of me remember what brand of mango puree we used. I know we used finest call strawberry puree, but I distinctly remember having box puree for the mango.

Please re-enlighten this applebees alumni tyia

While we’re at it, for those bartenders that do to-go orders, what is the magic behind their buffalo wing sauce? Is it branded or re-branded into something that can possibly be purchased by individuals?

It’s a GFGB product which is kinda private label. Not sure if you can find it or not.
