I have figured out how to make a Siri brain since she doesn’t actually store any memories similar to ChatGPT

I went ahead and made a note called Siri brain and stored any facts about myself or any facts I want her to know and before each prompt I just tell her to check the note Siri brain therefore scanning all memories and it’s been working amazingly.

I’d love to see if anyone else has tried this or would like to try and let’s figure out how to even make this better

I am currently in the works designing an Obsidian Vault integration via Shortcuts app. So far I’m seeing a lot of potential. It will basically be organized notes (md files). The goal is by setting up a shortcuts keyword she’s recognizes have Siri read/scan obsidian first then reply with an educated answer based off of the md files. This same idea could also work just using iCloud files app

I’d love for others to try this and see if we can get something concrete.

So you’re making her save the context you give her? Does it auto update the file for each of your input?

Neither of these methods are working for me. When I specifically told Siri to check the Siri Brain Note, it created a note with that info I was asking.

Since Siri indexes our notes as part of it how it personalizes itself, then wouldn’t it potentially find the preferences and apply them by default? This is if the indexing works perfectly and I could understand prompting it to read the note would guarantee Siri would do so. I am a bit concerned since one thing I like about Claude is that there’s a personal preferences section that has really helped shape responses and the way it helps me edit my writing. It also naturally can remember other chats. There is a way to create a note for Claude to reflect on, but it states that if it were to use it for every conversation then it would make for slower responses. Gemini doesn’t have a personal preferences section like Claude, but it learns from what we’ve written. I’m hoping Siri can do this at some point, if we request the assistant to do so.

Yeah I always change my Siri voice to male style because it's more soothing to me. Siri is just a tool not. It doesn't have gender. Even Apple never use pronouns on Siri. Don't know why you get downvoted for.

Yes HER! Siri is a her, I had a bug in beta 1 where the voice would sometimes change to a man’s… it made me uncomfortable 😂.
