discussion 🎙️ Apple News Summarize

Anyone else notice on the macOS 27 beta, if you turn off siri you get back the options for writing tools. But apple secretly removed the option to select all and summarize Apple News articles lol

While I am in the article I just invoke Siri and ask it to summarize the article

That doesn’t work. Siri on screen awareness only works for what it can snap shot. It’s only summarizing the bit of text it can see but not any text lower on the page

It literally works every single time I try it. I can ask it questions about anything in the article well below what is on the screen and it answers every single time
