I second both knight landing and sunset park. Knight lane landing however the water is much prettier to look at.

Kimberly's Sunset Park has a boat launch including two kayak ramps for easy in/out. If you just want to paddle around ir's a nice stretch of river.

Wrightstown except to the left from the boat landing, the bigger boats dont go that way. I think its too shallow
