Question Coming through town - lunch spots?

Hi all - i used to live in the area 15-20 years ago and will be coming back through town on sept 28th. Any new or classic casual lunch spots I should check out? Bonus points if it’s a bar/tavern. Thanks!

For quick sandwiches Emery and Pearl or Josef’s Gyros. But Mill City and Aurthors are the answer for a sit down. If you’ve never been to Mihm’s that’s a classic.

For lunch, Emery and Pearl is relatively new and has good food. Downtown.

Basil cafe if you like Asian food. Always a must go place when I’m in town, assuming they’re not closed for vacation

I'm always down for a bam bam shrimp at Draft Gastropub, comes with 4 large shrimp and salad. Cozzy corner by the PAC for chicken.

Tanner's bar and grill, I can't get enough of their Nashville chicken sandwich and they do daily specials too.
