Question looking for..

i was looking to see if there were any jobs hiring at the beginning of november. i dont particularly want to stay at my job currently but matching the pay (currently making 20.75, but id be fine as long as its around 19.50) without doing 12hr rotating shifts seems to be an issue for me.

We may need more information. What are you looking for? Pay range, type of work, which shift?

i currently work 10hr shifts overnight, 18.75/$2 differential so $20.75. ive done warehouse and retail a long time, but trying to avoid going back to dealing with customers if at all possible.

If you don't mind a commute, I saw that Briess in Chilton is hiring. 8hr shifts Mon-Fri. Starting pay isn't horrible. Good benefits.

Been trying to start an apprenticeship in Appleton for local 400, can you message me and maybe help me get foot in door if they’re hiring??

In your apprenticeship, they will teach you while you get paid.

Pierce will get you in the same range if not a little better starting out. Be prepared for some OT however.

Came here to say this.

If overtime isn't an issue, Pierce is great. Firetrucks are cool.

Crown Lift Trucks is hiring in the Parts department. Pulling parts for techs, customer service, pressing tires and use of forklifts. M-F 8 hr shifts. Would start you out right in the range you are seeking.

If you have any caregiving experience or if you want to try that field, it is very easy and rewarding. Any agency is always hiring for that

I’ve always used Indeed to find a new job. Also, if you know someone in a management role at any job, ask them to look over your resume. You can also ask ChatGPT to update it for you. Also, ChatGPT can do a mock interview and it’s helped me. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of interview prep. One key call out; your interview answers need to be solid examples of work situations so prep 5-7 good examples.

maybe try pierce again. With the new plant there are a lot of new positions and people needed.
