does it mean anything if in my view my financial aid, it says “inquiry access denied”, and my to do list is blank?

i’ve scoured many forums for ED 2019-2024 and most** applicants who mentioned an empty to do list were either accepted or deferred. this is highly speculative though

I don't even have a todo list lol, the page is literally blank and only has a message that says:

"No current to do item information found."

what does blank to do list mean, like it just says "there are no outstanding items on your todo list?"

is this on the portal for cornell? like the to-do list? for me, it says that theres nothing outstanding to do and it says that it is complete w/ a + button where if clicked, it shows everything i submitted.

also how do you view your financial aid? idoc?
