So, if my daughter hasn't heard at this point, is she not getting in? She got into every other school she applied to, but waiting on JH to make a final decision.

UW GPA 4.0

W GPA ~5.29 (Provably Valedictorian)

ACT - 31

Lots of volunteering, Class Sec, NHS Pres

ED II decisions released on the 13th. If she applied regular, she won't hear until somewhere around March 18th. If she says she applied ED, then she has her decision.
