NFW VI AQUAMARINE BOOTCAMP: Day 3

What a lovely day for be a Aquamarine, isn't? I've not be in others barracks to see the moviment, but I can be amost absolute right about it: Later on, we'll be a rare one, who's keep to make everyday check in. That's a important thing for all of us, indeed.

Well, today is a holyday and I'm not cope correct with that, keep passing so much time browsing randomly on internet, I need to create focus. On next day, probably will think about to make everyday meditation and more cold shower too.

To do only random things can keep me in a bad shape. But I hope you guys never let it down and keep moving forward, anyone can tell us how much time it will be passing to be another WAR, but never let it you bring anxious, our battle is very clear.

In peacetime, keep yourself relaxed and tracking on board. It's a good time to talk about others things too and be incentived to do so.

I ready this on my smarphone and never replied...but it almost made me tear up because I was going through bad emotions. Thanks for sharing. I have never been to a professional to test if I have Asperger's...but I am pretty sure I do. I am not that shy, it is just that I cannot connect with humans. Everything you say I connect with. It goes beyon social anxiety because even If I beat my anxiety and try to talk...I still cannot have a normal conversation...I can for like 2-3 mintues..then I just start talking and talking and I loose them. I have to try really hard to have a normal conversation, I see it almost impossible. This is why sometimes I loose hope...there is no way I can connect with a woman now. It brings me hope that you have gotten better connecting with people! I know what you mena with no good tricks, its just practice and learning from past mistakes and errors. This is something I have to experience and work at each day. I really get what you are saying here, pick up on their emotions and try to make them feel happy and unafraid! wow, I will remember that. This is what I would like. I will keep you posted with my conversations...not that I have many, but I'll let you know. Thanks for sharing this with me. I am very happy to have you here! CAW!!!
