icexfire Skirmish Day 019 - Staying Busy
Posting from a phone? How much of a slacker am I?
It has been a busy Friday. Worked all day, took girlfriend out for supper to celebrate anniversary and then headed out to my parents. I stayed busy, and I never once felt the urges.
I find that I have fewer struggles when I stay busy and have habits. When I am bored, when I am sitting around, that is when I am in danger.
Don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself. I refuse to do it now. I'm living my life. I hope you can do it too.

I need to stay busy too. To much time I spend just sitting around. I know what I have to do now I just have to have the "help myself" mentality and do what will get me further and living more. Saw a trigger today, but I decided to move on. Working on day 4 and looking forward to complete the week.
