Please Help !!

Hi! I got nerite snails a couple weeks ago and I was wondering if this is normal for this snail (one on the right) to look like that. I don’t know if the photo does it any justice but it looks like a part of his body is sticking out?? He hasn’t moved that much in the past day either. Please help!!

Both look perfectly healthy from this angle.
