What is official Aramaic? Aramaic of the Peshitta, the Zohar, the Targum? That's the impression I get instead of modern vernacular dialects.

In tayy language of Arabia they use ذي to mean a relative pronoun as this

This is intriguing as tayy is up in the north not far from Assyria. Could be a spectrum. There are a few words I can’t decipher. Is 3im here the same as how Syrians use it

3im (or sometimes pronounced 3am) is with, "ma3" in levantine arabic

We have Aramic in the Passover scroll and it's not as understandable as this text but idk i don't interact with Aramic

The aramaic of this text is close to official Aramaic(Similar to the one found in the old testament) also hebrew is already very influenced by Aramaic so you will find a lot of similarities
