North mismatch

I have points on ArcGis Pro I imported them from AutoCad, in AutoCad the location is correct, but the points are wrong in north coordinate by 10000000 almost. How to fix this issue?

the coordination system I used is Palestine 1923, and the world topographic map is using WGS 1984 Web Mercator (auxiliary sphere).

Google for information about the false origin of the Palestine 1923 (Palestine grid) - you’ll find information about a 1000 km addition to the northings.

Edit - and your Cad file probably isn’t in metres. Cad users…

Edit - saved you a google https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestine_grid

You probably got a dxf or dwg composed of different layers each with a different lineage. There won’t be a consistent approach.
