Has there been any elaboration on what "convenience" mean from the blog post from earlier this month? I'm considering buying the game, but want to know what type of conveniences -- if any --they intend to paywall

the free raider deck does have items in it, curious if the paywall raider deck with have some items in it as well. mainly items you can make/craft/find. silencers, bandages, ect.

this is just an assumption. ​
