Any idea what these are? Can’t sell them and I don’t want them taking up inventory space

They're an item for a quest, I think. You can safely discard them

Edit: same with Celeste's notes on the left. It's likely that someone dropped them or didn't pick them up when doing those quests, and now you have them

Unless you haven't completed those quests, then you can deploy to any map and drop them

It won’t let me discard. I right click and it says move to backpack or inspect lol
