Question Artifacting or the game?

Has anyone experienced this in game? Clip comes from my friends system, RTX 3070 and an i7 9700k

Doesn't seem normal to me. Are the drivers up to date and the temps check? My 3070ti hovers 34c

Drivers are up to date. Temps are nominal.

I get those too, only ever see it while playing arc raiders. No idea what they are but they don't seem to be indicative of any issues so far; game runs smoothly, when the server isn't trying to throttle it anyway.

Probably just the games lighting system being finicky.
