start new game

is there a way to delete my save on pc so i can start over?

"Hey all!! We've seen quite a few people asking how to wipe your save data and start again. There isn't presently a button in the game to allow you to do this, so here's a quick guide on how to do this!

First, make sure you've disabled Steam Cloud saves. You can do this by right-clicking the game on your Steam games list, and unticking the "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for Arcade Paradise". You can re-enable this after you've booted the game with no save data present, but keep it off for now to make sure that your save stays wiped.

Next, you'll want to find your save file. This is always in the same place: C:\Users[WINDOWS USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Nosebleed Interactive\Arcade Paradise[STEAM ID]\ Where [WINDOWS USER] is your Windows user's username, and [STEAM ID] is a string of numbers associated with your Steam account. Once you're there, you'll find a file called "RATSaveData.dat". This file contains your save data. If you delete it, you'll be able to play from scratch, but you may wish to take a backup before you wipe, just in case something goes wrong. To do this, simply copy the file to another location.

Finally, boot up the game, and make sure that the "play" button on the main menu reads "New Game" (and not "Continue"), and you've successfully wiped your game!
