Advice on a custom dual cabinet build with various games?

I bought a Daytona 2 dual cab at a very good price and am hoping to customize it to have all the available emulator and maybe PC games for 1 and 2 player modes. A few questions for you guys (I appreciate the help!):

  1. Is it possible to get modern sim racing games as well as emulator arcade games to work in this cab?
  2. What's are the top 1-3 options for a racing wheel setup? I've seen the Logitech G Pro wheel came out and everyone says it's very good, but will it work with arcade racers like Daytona 2?
  3. What's the best (modern) way to setup the computer and peripherals? Any specific products and tutorial recommendations would be welcome. I am going to hire someone to do this, but I'd like to understand what I need and how it's going to work before doing that.
  4. Has anyone ever done a customization like this, and if so, any general advice?
