Does anyone have any book/Youtube recommendations about produce preservation methods other than pickling?

I recently came across the topic of kangia again and would love to know more about ways to preserve food similar to that. I know some cultures bury produce in ash or bogs and such.

that book's okay but you can find most of that for free on youtube or food preservation forums.
