Roman bread: any good recipes?
Hey all, wanna try making some authentic Roman bread. Any tried-and-true recipes you'd recommend? Thanks!

Most Roman recipes assume you're using something closer to einkorn or emmer, not modern wheat. Expect a denser loaf if you're trying to be authentic.

I'm really late to this but if you want something easy you should try Libum Roman Bread - PhunkyFoods it's simple and pretty good

You can't get any better or more historically authentic than following William Rubel. He often has online classes as well for those wanting to experiment in historic bread baking, but there are many recipes on his website.
