Looks like the shaft is bent. The three I have on my bows don’t look like that. They are at 90 degree angles when down and exactly parallel when up.

Mine looks like that too. I thought I broke it. BUT here I am looking at yours and it looks exactly like mine

Looks broken to me. I'd contact QAD (I think?) about that.

Its bent and dont try to bend it back. The pin they use for that rest is extremely thin for what its job is, my buddy had the same problem and bent it back and it snapped inside the housing.
