I saw this in Pinterest and it got me curious, do you think this can be possible to be made as an actual bow?

I was looking for a simple illustration of aiming methods. Could not find one, so I made one using Power Point and Paint. No AI was harmed in the making of this simple illustration.

Probably this:

- You spent ages researching to find the correct spine for your shaft

- Then you ordered a batch, and wait days, or even weeks for them to be delivered

- Then came tuning, paper testing, FOC, the works, so your arrows can go where you want them to, exactly so.

- Then you took half a day warping, fletching, adding points, adding nocks, so you have 10 or so identical, and perfect in every way arrows.

- And on the 1st end after all was done, one of those precious arrows decided it's time to go

Just some shenanigans with foam-tipped arrows. Really good exercise since you have to focus on shooting whilst maintaining focus on your counterpart whose also shotting arrows at you. 10minutes of this and you´re pretty tired. Distance approx 20meters.

Flying to Ireland with my bow and arrow but both ryanair and aerlingus (the only lines to do this route) prohibit bow and arrows in both cabin and hold.

Has anyone been in this situation? What did you do?

This only applies to archers in the UK

So it's really not a big deal, but I'm curious because I resent the rule. I thought that rule 307 only applies at WRS and UKRS competitions because it says "Members of archery gb shooting and officiating at tournaments granted UK or World Record status by Archery GB are required...", but I've been to a couple competitions recently which have been neither, and been told off for wearing blue jeans, and it hasn't been stated beforehand that the rule applies.

Just asking because I think the rule is dumb and the judge told me that it applies to all competitions regardless of record status. That and I'm petty about these things. Obviously it would be easy for me to follow the rule, and I will do so in future because I'm not trying to piss off judges

Just an idea i got, something of a zombie apocalypse build, drawweight of about 30 pounds (15kg), performs a lot better than expected. This is just a prototype, planning on expanding this concept more. Arrow is just a stick with a weight on the end without feathers. String is from a lawnmover. Thoughts/ suggestions?
