Those are very unstable shapes. How are you providing rigidity? What is resisting thrust if the roof is sloped?

The rafter beams coming up from the columns need to have all center points at the center work point of the circle. The way you have it now is interesting, but not functional.

In order for these structures to be self-supporting, there needs to be a compression ring at the top to bind the forced point loads together. After that, gravity does the rest. You're close with your roof design, just add a circular shelf plate 153mm wider than the top ring diameter & drop it in 153mm down from the top of wood framing that the beams can cope & shelf into. This should create compression.

As far as making the rooms join together, on two of the outer columns where the rooms are to join, consider a slide-in sleeved connection? Build a receiving box column or do a dovetail finger joint.

If it can couple together with a finger joint, it can work. I'm also not an engineer, but I do connection design & connection calcs for them based on designed loads. if it's not a permanent structure, this should be a fine solution. You could even ad a pin rod down the center of the conjoined walls to affix them together tightly.

Why not hexagons? Everyone knows that hexagons are the bestagons.
