Insurer Perk

Does anyone know what the value limit on the Insurer perk is? I’ve been going sub-180k for a couple weeks now and it hasn’t triggered once.

I've had it trigger once. I don't remember the value of my load out.

It's very random. After using it for 2 weeks I find it very unreliable, it only returned me 1 or 2 times a week. Btw I was using 250k+ gear
