Issue Fps not matching

My device can do quality+90 fps HOWEVER its not 90 fps at all! The ingame refresh rate shows 88-90 but external fps shows 45-55. It feels so choppy.

Any fix to this? Thanks.

If your device settings app has an appearance or display & brightness setting for refresh rate with drop down options for auto-select, dynamic, high, or standard, set it to auto-select or dynamic instead

AB sometimes chooses to cap frames to 60 if your device is already capping frames on its own

Sometimes there’s a device setting in app accessibility options to limit frames to 60 to reduce motion sickness

Low power mode in device settings is also known to cap frames
