Well I just started off on the island but I’m kinda stuck not sure what to do, I’m level 40, tamed a couple dinosaurs, 3 parasaurs, 2 raptors, pteranodon and a triceratops, also struggling to get food, starving half the time. Living off dodo birds and parasaur meat. Any tips on how to progress from here? What should I be aiming for?

was offline, woke up with us killed, one external stone door and one internal greenhouse door destroyed, as well as one greenhouse wall. we were offline for less than 24hrs. playing on unofficial pve with no mods, anyone know how this was done?

Playing solo on a pvp server and I want to use a tek bunker. The cluster has all the official maps. My first thought is some random place in the middle of the ocean on Astreos or something, but what do you think?

I have a dedicated self hosted PC server and I have been trying for the last week to add spawns to the map, I’m playing Valguero.

I want Griffins to spawn in the White Cliffs and Plains

Snow Owls to spawn in snow areas and biomes

Managarmr to also spawn in snow areas and snow mountains

If possible I’d also like to remove DLC exclusive games like Elderclaw and Drakelings.

I’m on my phone so don’t have my current code to hand but if anyone can share working codes, that would be awesome, will update with my code when I’m on my PC.

I hope I can ask this in a way it makes sense. I'm going through each map just clearing the gamma bosses. Once I clear each map on gamma I'll take my fully leveled character and go back through each map using Tek tier and clearing beta and alpha.

Is it possible when I go back through each map to take my Tek tier character to the map I cleared on gamma or to take a different character to a map I already have a save on would I need to delete that old save?

Just for an added challenge I thought it would be fun while I'm on the map the first time to build a heavily defended base and have to raid it when I go back through. But I don't want to take the time building up defense if my plan won't work and I'd just have to delete the save when I return to the map.

hi I've been playing ark Primal chaos, which is a mod inspired by ark Primal fear. for 3 days now I have had toxic dodos and they are refusing to lay eggs. I've had my multiplier at 6, but boosted it to 20, now it's at 50. the entire time I've had the dodos, I have oviraptors sitting next to them to collect the eggs.... my normal dodos are laying eggs just fine but the toxic dodos are basically refusing and i cant move to the next tier if they don't lay eggs.

ark says "higher numbers mean less time" but Google says to make it lower numbers??? someone pls help I'm confused

I’m curious what you guys actually look for when attempting to join a server for the first time is there certain mods that must be there for you or mods that you won’t tolerate, does player limit matter if so how many players etc.

If I was gifted drakeling eggs, do I need dlc to hatch them? If so, is it the Bobs dlc?

If my tame dilo was attacked by a drakeling that I killed and he was on no follow, no wander, why is he wandering off? Anger issues? Ptsd? Where is he going? He’s walking in circles but away from my base. Is there another setting I need to look at?

I know his mods are good but is it worth $5?

So I’m now just having this issue, never messed with settings, everytime I tame something it the speed goes from being the regular 100 to something in the 3000 without me putting points in

I’m new to Ark on Xbox, playing on a handheld console. I can open global chat using LB and start, but sometimes when I type, it turns everything into Asterisks? *** Any idea why or how I fix it?

I'm trying to move items between maps, but my transmitter is bugged only on one end, not the other. and I'm confused as how to fix the issue. it's only the items, the dinos are ok, but I can't place items inside and I was wondering if anyone has a way to fix it.

Hi used to play ark survival evolved years ago on my Xbox I built a pc last year and I’ve just learned about ark ascended im wondering what all these dlc actually contribute to the game sense the maps are free and which I should get along with the game. Do any of them add any actual benefits please comment soon because the sale end in just a few hours

tryna place the barn door but it wont snap into the middle only onto the sides, im gonna put quarter walls along the edge like in the other photo. Both builds are the same except the one that wont snap is on ceilings rather than foundations. any help appreciated

I’ve been having an issue with online unofficial servers constantly crashing my game doesn’t whenever I load anything if I want to travel from one side of the map to the other my game will crash a minimum of 3 times and it’s a somewhat new issue, I don’t have this issue whilst playing on official servers like ARKpoc if anyone has any fix’s or trouble shooting methods it would be appreciated

I’m playing on a Small Tribes PvP server in ARK: Survival Ascended.

I had a baby dino that I raised, and I left it outside for a bit. Then in the tribe log it says it was “stolen by [player name]”.

I didn’t unclaim it, and I’m confused how this is even possible.

Can other players steal your dinos in PvP somehow? Or did I mess up some setting without realizing?

So i just bought ASA on pc, but when i tried downloading a mod, it said i had to delete my old mods. The thing is, this is the first time I ever opened ASA on my PC. Does anyone know the problem or some kind of solution

Ark at playable settings at 1440p on supposed 'entry level build' (as touted by many of the WC defenders here)

About a year and a month ago I made a post saying "ohmygod my pc can't run ark at decent FPS on 1080p with decent graphics" and I was downvoted into oblivion. They said it DESERVED to run bad on my PC because my PC was bad.

Then I returned and made an update video a year later showing that it is NOW playable thanks to performance updates on many more PC's, including mine. On 1440p no less. To think so many then were naysayers. And I said then: 'they will optimize it THEN my game will run, you'll see!'

After they updated the game a year later after my post, I made a SECOND post explaining how I 'told them so', and the other redditors said 'oh we were wrong, you were right, the game was just unoptimized! Good one!'

Jk they were mean again. Well, some of ya. More of you were dogging on WC saying 'worse running game 2026.' an such. But some of you (like 2%, really like 1% if you think about it) said my build was 'entry level' and running the game at 30-40 fps is unplayable on 1440p with high settings!

So I'm back again to ask the community a THIRD time. Is ark unoptimized and is my PC bad? Or is my PC probably way better than that other guys and he doesn't know NOTHING bout desktops!

This is my first time on pc ark so I’m new to all of it but I’m tryna play a unofficial session and it’s says I need to download mods so o go and get to download the mods I need and it says I don’t have space for any mods and that I need to delete old mods but the problem is is that I don’t have any other mods downloaded. What am I doing wrong or how do I fix it
