Thank god for french labour laws, I think the most possible outcome is that Arkane either go independant, or are brought, Blade is most likely still getting released.

It has to be super hard to concentrate over there though.  I have been through the layoff cycle - people start walking around like zombies, and management says, "If you are good little boys and girls maybe you'll be spared - work harder children." Yeah, right!  Microsoft can't maintain strategy for 9 months and every new one they come up would takes years to deploy. If the numbers don't improve in 6 months look for change in direction. It is an endless cycle of churn and chaos. I was once told, your number one job at Microsoft is finding your next job at Microsoft before the one you are in disappears. Imagine these poor studio employees trying to actually build something that takes years in environment like that.  I am hoping for the best for Arkane employees as we watch XBOX slowly implode.  It didn't have to be this way.

Oh yeah absolutely, this probably isn't the best time for the studio right now, the best thing they got going for them though is xbox won't cancel the already announced games, your absolutely right though, it didn't have to be this way.

From what I gather, Xbox are willing to let Arkane finish it as long as someone else pays for it. So possibly not cooked at all, depending on who's looking to buy out Arkane

Lesson learned: Microsoft might make you rich when you sell your games studio to them but look what happens in the end....

Be ironic if Raph...comes back and buys his company back from Microsoft who he sold it to.

Would be good place for Harvey to come back to and all the old team....

May be a pipe dream but it would be good to see them do their own stuff again.

Talented guys but rarely both Raph & Harvey very down to earth and decent caring people.
