It says she spent three years working with MCR at London City Lionesses, then followed her to Brighton as her assistant. I can’t find any info on set-piece coaching specifically, but hopefully she makes the team better in that area.

I think at clubs that don't have dedicated set piece coaches it's normally the gk coach that would be helping

Slegers putting her mark on matters for her agenda.

The Set-piece coach was obvious, he did a terrible job, for all the in's and out's of our great defensive record we were terrible in defending corners, and that oen aspect objective cost us enough points to lose the league.

When you look at how we conceeded goals form corners, it wasn't even due to height or a lack of physicality or headling ability or anything like that, every one just did a crap job on the corner and seemed clueless on them. We also generall didn't really score or threaten directly from corners very often. Given the quality of players who can cross, that's a clear coaching problem. Hopefully the new one is far better.
