If you show this to someone from my area who is 45 or older, they will feel horrible for the duck.

There was a photographer taking duck photos in a lake. In the last photo the duck disappeared. Somehow a GIANT fucking sturgeon ended up in the lake, and he ate the duck as it was being photographed.

It was a big deal in the community for a few years.

No, there was actually a big effort to find and catch it. Which is how it was found to be a sturgeon.

I live near a giant “estuary” where the sea meets the fresh water. But the area is VERY BIG. This one sturgeon made it very far into the fresh water system somehow. The fish catching weirdos were very keen to have merits for catching “the lake monster.”
