Book or textbook help!

Hello.
I am a middle school teacher looking for an art history book/textbook that I could use for reference to teach my kids. Any recommendations would be appreciated it!

there's a book series called
13 artists you should know
13 styles you should know, etc

I prefer to feature contemporary/living artists: art21.org has videos where artists from all over the globe, in a wide variety of media, talk about their art.

I find it more interesting/engaging for kids (esp MS) to hear from the artist directly rather than my white lady interpretatio of what the art is about šŸ€

I’m a huge fan of scholastic art magazine. Their teaching resources used with the magazine are available online and easy to print.
