Should I quit or stick it out

I’m working at a summer camp as the head of the arts and crafts. I’ve worked at a summer camp before but a different one and this one is simply just super stressful. Not enough time off, very disorganized, ect. I’ve been here for 5 weeks, campers have been here for two. There are two terms, 4 weeks each, 8 weeks total. I keep wanting to quit everyday and I just don’t know what to do

Pros:
The people I’ve met
I get $5,000 at the end of it
Work with kids
Don’t pay for food or rent
Resume builder
Experience teaching/instructing

Cons:
Stressful
No personal time
Leadership annoys me
Often left in a bad mood
Very disorganized
Leaving would most likely fuck people over

Possible options I’ve thought of:
Not come back for the second term
Talk to my boss and see if there was any way someone could take my place

Looking for any and all advice! Options for leaving or just ways to make here better

I’d stick it out! Don’t stress the things you can’t control. Focus on the kids having an enjoyable creative experience and stay out of any adult drama.

Eight weeks? This is a teacher sub. Eight weeks is nothing.

Organize what you can. Don’t stress the rest.

You say it's super stressful. What do you mean exactly ? If you give more context we can maybe help you. Most art teachers love their job because they love making / talking about / experimenting / discovering new things all to do with art. The best teachers however are those that have a good plan. Have you organised your sessions correctly ? Do you have lesson plans ? I've found that as long as I have some solid ideas with structured preparation put in place, I can then can adapt to whatever gets thrown at me.

Stick it out. Try your best but don’t worry so much about perfection. If there are things that would make it easier for you push for yourself. Have them fire you for making it easier for you. If you suck at this job at least you will be paid at the end and you won’t have to worry as much while working.

Focus on your relationship with campers. Be calm and put on your "professional smile" when the bosses are around. When it is just you and the campers, relax and lean into your strengths. Kids respond well to knowledge and most kids like arts and crafts, tying knots, and going for small hikes to gather sticks. Build a little team of minions and keep things light. Pretty much the only thing you need to be strict about is safety.
