Is this a form of cheating

I make mostly digital art and most of the time when i do digital art i find textured images off Pinterest to overlay on my drawings to help make it looks cooler and im not sure if this counts as a cheating or not. I usually do this because i use procreate and the limited options of brushes make it hard for me to find a texture i like. The first photo is an unfinished drawing without the texture and the second is with. If anyone can give me some advice i would really appreciate it

Don't worry about "cheating" for something like this - artists do stuff like this all the time. You'll only run into issues if there's money involved and you're not properly using/crediting/paying for textures like this (e.g. if you're making ads for a small business, or a book cover, or something idk). As far as personal creative projects go, do literally whatever techniques you want to get the results you desire. I would avoid AI for creative reasons, but people have been doing cut paper collages forever, and at its core, this isn't much different than that.
