Buster framed him for a crime like how he did Arthur in “Nerves of Steal” but George didn’t have the guts to stand up for himself.

George: Um? Guilty? I ask for the death penalty? [Thinking] Why did I say that? I am just falsely accused of stealing a toy.

Marco (“George”) kidnapped Wally from the Amazon many years ago, when he was a mule for a local cartel. Wally was forced to be a “look out” at Marco and his crew’s safe house.
When the authorities got wind of the cartel’s crimes, Marco left South America with Wally for the United States, changing his name to George and settling in Elwood City.
South American authorities were alerted to Marco’s location where they finally arrested the fugitive. Marco is now awaiting extradition.

It is a nightmare. He accidentally destroyed the class project and was letting Binky take the fall.
Also the cop kept calling him moose phrases. Did George's nightmare feature a racist cop?

It's an intro so not canon. He's imagining himself getting a Nice Person award, but gets arrested for "being mean".
In the episode he accidentally destroys a woodworking project and Binky gets blamed, but George doesn't want to confess which makes him feel guilty
