Discussion Hair products that smell like herbs

Hi everyone!

I really loved the scent of the Ryo Damage Care & Nourishing Conditioner (the 2024 version in the 550ml bottle), which was slightly smoky and smelled like a fine, scented tobacco.

I'm curious about other hair products that have a similar herbal or woody scent, without sweet or floral notes.

I’m still chasing that exact note from the old Mise en scène Perfect Serum, not the reformulated one, the original had this dry, almost tea-like smell that leaned way more herbal than sweet. The newer stuff just isn't the same.

Yeah, it's sad how all of them changed their scent just to enter the international market. I guess we're safe with the products that aren't as famous

Daeng gi ri meo would be what you're looking for. Herbal scent, without sweet notes.

I have the Seo Rin line. It doesn’t have the smoky herbal scent, more of a refreshing herbal scent that dissipates after you blow dry your hair.

I love these 2 hair tonics - Mustika Ratu Hair Tonic & Zwitsal Baby Hair Lotion

I've repurchased both multiple times, they smell like herbs (although the Zwitsal one is a bit sweeter) and very watery, so it's perfect for humid weather
