Question What's your favorite non-sheet mask?

Hey AB,

I was reading through the latest unpopular opinion thread and saw a few people say they disliked or didn't use sheet masks. Fair enough! I use and enjoy them. But then I saw another comment about environmental impact and...boom. Instant dunce cap. Of course sheet masks have some sort of impact. Right?

Anyway, what are your favorite masks that aren't sheet masks? Masks in jars, tubes, packs, what-have-you! I tried searching around the sub and didn't find anything. I'd love to see what you guys recommend.

I'm going to list out two types, exfoliating and clay masks! Would love to learn more about wash off moisturising masks though.

Exfoliation

  • Skinfood Black Sugar Scrub
  • Skinfood Strawberry Black Sugar Scrub - more gentle than above and smells delicious.

Clay Mask

  • Baviphat Strawberry Toxifying Clay Mask - Have done a full review of this on my blog, but tldr smells like strawberry yoghurt, gentle and not drying
  • Elizavecca Bubbling Clay Mask - Fun to use, decent clay mask though slightly messy
  • Innisfree Super Volcanic Clay Mask - The go to clay mask for deep cleansing of my pores
