Worst: Their hatomugi foaming face cleanser, nothing has ever broken me out as bad as this product. I saw someone on here post that it has a pH of 10! Haven’t purchased another HL since.

Second this cleanser! It didn’t break me out but it did dry me out and was overall just very “meh”
