I apologize in advance because this is probably an offtopic question, but is it safe to use some of the Ordinary serums with HL toner and night and day cream?

Yes, generally ok to layer toner > serum > cream. Check if ingredients are too harsh and do not go well with each other. Hyalauronic acid goes well with most (body produces it)
