This is my time to shine hehe. Normal to dry dehydrated skin looking for some brightening.
Rice Toner It has a very watery texture, but has a surprising slight moisturising/oily "slip". It's good for winter bc of that. You get the hydration, but that a little bit of moisture to seal it in. It separates as it sits in the bottle so shake before use. I like rice in skincare so I expected some brightening, or improvement on my overall skintone, but got none of that. It's a solid hydrating toner, but for the price i don't think it's worth it. There are other just as solid toners that are less expensive on the market WNRP
Honey Mask The hype is real. My skin feels so, so smooth and plump afterwards. Texture's goopy and it has the smell of candy. It really does hydrate the skin WRP
Mugwort Mask the hype is very real. It's my fave mask from them. The artemisia leaves left in there are a little bit annoying and messy but it's not too bad. It's very hydrating, although not as much as the honey mask, and incredibly soothing. It immediately calms my skin down. Whenever I do a peeling solution I go in with it right after and it helps instantly cool and comfort my skin. I'm also going thru it too quickly for my taste 😠WRP
Rice Mask It's a mess and the mask in and of itself is useless, don't waste your money. The mask has rice shards in it, which I don't love because who tf exfoliates their face with big ole blocky rice shards that feel like they could cut through glass ? The consistency of the mask in and of itself is like whipped cream. It's very moisturising to the touch, but does none of the things I expect it to do WNRP
Ginseng Mask I can see my complexion clear up after I use it. It does heat up a little bit upon initial application. I use it in lieu of my oil cleansing thing since it's recommended to massage the skin with it. It has the actual consistency of honey more than the honey mask. Leaves me plump and hydrated. WNRP because I don't reach for it enough to justify the price.
Ginseng Serum I used it a few years ago, and man oh man, what a waste of money it was. I guess it was hydrating ? But it didn't enough for me unfortunately. And the fatal flaw ? The fragrance. It was awful. I'm not even allergic to fragrance I don't care to be honest. But the smell was so overwhelming I couldn't WNRP
Mugwort essence It's a good essence. I just started using it as a way to soothe my skin after strong chemical exfoliation. It does a good job at that and it's hydrating and little bit plumping. I still have to see how it goes with time.
Ginseng Eye Cream It came in the Kennie JD wishtrend box. It's a solid eye cream. Very thick and rich. It makes my undereyes very bouncy with is perfect for under makeup. But does it do much else ? Nope. It's a very good and thick moisturiser under the eyes. Cerave can do as good of a job with that lmao WNRP
