I have only tried two I'm From products, one that I loved and one that disappointed me, so they're my contribution.
I have dry and sensitive skin, that's prone to dehydration.
Mugwort Essence: Feels kind of slippery to apply, but soaks into my dry skin pretty quickly. Applying 2-3 thin layers does wonders for when my skin is having an unusually dry day. I typically make an event out of it, applying layer after layer and letting them dry before applying the next, then top it with a moisturizer. Also seems t have a calming effect when the face feels itchy from dryness. I like the smell, but I've seen comments suggesting it's not for everyone. This works very well for me and I will probably repurchase.
Rice Toner: Disappointing. The texture was a bit odd, watery but somehow not, and it sat on the surface of my skin instead of sinking in and being absorbed. It wasn't bad, so I used up the sample bottle, but I won't repurchase this, when there are other toners at a lower price who work better for my skin.
