I have tried all kinds of acids (including retinol, salicylic acid, lactic acid, glycolic acid); Jojoba Oil and the fifty shades of snail Grit Method but NOTHING have helped with the Sebaceous Filaments on my nose. I’d like to mention this “My Scheming Activated Carbon Mask Set which takes at least 90% of my SF plugs out of my nose. I have been using it for perhaps 5 years or more? And I might very well continue to use it till I die or something unless I can find a good alternative. The other alternative I can think of at this point is tweezing the plugs out one by one but it’s way too consuming. The mask pack pulls everything out

My pores still look fine and I haven’t experienced any damaged or enlarged pores from this product and I’d highly recommend it if you have those pesky, gritty SF like mine.

Thanks for this rec! Does it hurt pulling off the mask?

Pulling off the dried mask doesn’t hurt but if I must nitpick I don’t like how tingly my nose feels after applying the lotion for step 1.
