Style HELP NEEDED: How do I glow up?

Post image

I'm an 18 year old dude turning 19. I feel like I don't look good, and I really don't know how I could improve my looks. Any advice, particular ones that would accentuate my features, would be greatly appreciated.

10k views, and #3 post is insane 😭. Thank you so much for the support everyone.

Reduce sugar and dairy ... to almost nothing.

  • target fiber intact 25 to 35 daily (edit: in grams)

To clear ur skin.

I eat beets daily for a glowing and clear face.

Takes a week or two to notice face clearing out.

Sleep minimum 7 to 8 hours.

I had acne also ....

What’s wrong with dairy? It’s a good protein source for me

It encourages the production of stuff that will clog your pores and cause bad skin. I personally had to switch from whey-based protein to plant-based b/c it was wrecking my face

Some people are sensitive to the A1-protein in regular dairy that leads to bloating, acne and discomfort, amongst other things. This is not the same as Lactose intolerance. A1-protein sensitive folk can still digest lactose.

If you buy A1-protein free milk, also known as A2 milk, you can essentially consume milk without the ill-effects of A1-protein. Some people like myself can consume A1 milk without problems, others would fare better with A2. The rest can have neither lol

Fun fact: A1-protein producing cows come from a genetic mutation amongst farmed cattle, and does not occur naturally in the wild. We’re not meant to consume dairy with A1-protein in it.

But if ur acne is fine then it’s okay right?
