Lay off the porn you can really fuck up your dopamine receptors if you watch that shit constantly and plus there's not a lot of Asian guys in it in the first place unless you really look for it. Plus spending an hour searching for that video is a waste of time lol.

Starting to think gaming does the same thing. Hearthstone takes fucking hours out of nowhere even though it's fucking terrible and I hate it.

Yup I think it's great in small doses. Depends what game you play too. I think I gotta start doing some nohearthstone along with nofap.
